Deposit Requirements

• 2 night minimum stay required.
• Deposit: A deposit of one night stay $475.00, tax not included, is required when booking your reservation. Full payment is due 21 days prior to your arrival date. Visa, Mastercard or personal check accepted for payment.
• Security deposit: A security deposit of $350.00 is required with each stay. If you use your credit card we will preauthorize your card but not charge it provided no damage or loss is incurred during your stay. If you pay by check we will mail your check back to you within tens days provided no damage or loss is incurred during your stay.
• Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to rent the home for the full term of your reservation. In the event of a refund, a 10 percent cancellation fee will be deducted. We are unable to offer partial refunds for early departures.

Rental Rules and Policies

A comprehensive list of rules and policies is included in the signed rental agreement.

They include:

• Maximum number of guests, 12 pp
• No smoking/pet policy
• No "house parties" ie, bachelor parties.
• Noise/littering/tresspass policies
• Condition of home at checkout

Our vacation home is furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. If your vacation plan includes behavior by you or your children which might disrespect our property, then our home is not the place for you. Your children must be supervised at all times.
Pets are not allowed.

Check in time: No earlier than 4 pm . Check out time: No later than 11 am .
